For the first time, I’m opening this ceremonial space to both men and women.

It will be an intimate container where we gather in balance, honouring the masculine and feminine energies within and around us.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, grounding into presence and intention.

From this place of connection, we journey together into 40–50 minutes of conscious breathwork

A practice that allows the nervous system to unwind, emotions to release, and clarity to emerge.

Breathwork is a portal. It awakens what has been asleep, softens what has been held too tightly, and reminds us of the deep wisdom already living in our bodies.

After the breath, we’ll take time for gentle integration. Sharing, stillness, and ceremony to honour what has moved and what has landed.

You’ll leave feeling both expanded and anchored, with a renewed sense of balance between the energies within you.
